Ambika Prasad Paudel is the owner of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited which is Nepal’s first private-equity investment company. He was also the chairman of Nepal Investment Forum. He holds MBA (Masters in Business Administration), MPA (Maters in Public Administration) degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is an expert in capital market, banking, insurance etc. He is one of the Board Directors in many popular companies like Chandargiri Hills, IME General Insurance Limited and others. He is serving as unopposed director from Public Share holders of Nepal Telecom. He is also involved in Federation of Nepalese Chambers Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) as an elected member of Capital Market Forum.

Mr. Khanal has a Post Graduate Degree (MA) in International Educational Management from University of Leeds, UK and hold the position of the Executive Director of Kanjirowa National Secondary School. He served SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Itahari, Sunsari in the capacity of the school Principal for nearly two decades before his career as the school Principal at this school.
Principal
Mr. Thapa, Principal of Kanjirowa National Secondary School and Director of Kathmandu Pragya Kunja School, has been in the field of education for the past two decades. He holds Master in Education Management and M.Phil in General Management from Kathmandu University.

Mr. Kedar Karki has a Graduate Degree (B. Com.) from Tribhuvan University and holds a position of Director (Finance) at Kanjirowa National Secondary School. He is also a Founder Director of Pupils Multiple Health Institute, Itahari, Sunsari and also the Chairperson of Purwanchal Science and Technology College Pvt. Ltd, Itahari, Sunsari.
